Zravity is a Mediator, Not a Legal or Government Entity:-
Zravity is an online technology platform that connects users with independent service providers. We do not directly offer legal representation or act as a tax consultant. All dealings are between the user and the service provider.
Responsibility of Accuracy Lies with the User:-
For services like GST filings, company registrations, TDS returns, FSSAI certification, and other compliance work — it is the user’s responsibility to provide correct and complete documents and information. Zravity or its team shall not be liable for rejection or delay due to incorrect data.
No Guarantee of Outcome in Court or Legal Matters:-
For any legal service like notice drafting, court filings, or litigation support, Zravity does not guarantee outcomes. The role of Zravity is to provide access to professionals; the responsibility lies solely with the user and service provider.
Government Fee & Processing Time May Vary
For services like GST, FSSAI, MSME, or other certificates, users acknowledge that government timelines, charges, and approvals are beyond Zravity’s control. Service charges are for facilitation, not for guaranteed approval.
Fraudulent Behavior by Service Provider
If any service provider is found to be involved in fraud, misrepresentation, or fake documentation, Zravity will take strict action including removal from the platform and possible legal reporting. However, Zravity will not be responsible for damages caused by third-party actions.
Dispute Resolution Clause
