Zravity does not provide any general return or replacement policy for products or services availed through Zravity.com, Zravitycompany.com, Podhewale.com, Podhewale.in, Podhewale.org, and Gaganpuniagroup.com. By using our platforms, you acknowledge and agree that any return or replacement obligations are subject to the individual seller’s terms and policies, if specified.

Seller-Specific Return or Replacement

If a return or replacement policy is explicitly mentioned by the seller for a particular product or service, the seller is solely responsible for managing and fulfilling such returns or replacements. In these cases:

  • The seller must handle all logistics, communication, and associated costs as per their own agreement with the buyer.
  • Zravity is not liable for disputes, delays, or failures arising from seller-managed returns or replacements.
  • Buyers are encouraged to review seller-specific terms before making a purchase or booking a service.

Damaged Products at Delivery

We strive to ensure that all products are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, in rare cases where a product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery, the following process applies:

  • The customer must immediately inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel.
  • If damage is observed, the customer should inform the delivery team instantly and, if possible, provide photographic or video evidence of the damage.
  • The delivery personnel will record the complaint and escalate it to our support team for verification.
  • Upon validation of the claim, a replacement of the same product (if available) will be arranged within 2 to 8 business days.

If the same product is unavailable, the seller may offer an alternative solution such as a refund or exchange, subject to their own policies.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following scenarios do not qualify for return or replacement:

  • Products or services without any seller-provided return policy.
  • Damage reported after delivery completion without immediate evidence.
  • Customized or made-to-order items that cannot be resold.
  • Issues caused due to misuse, mishandling, or post-delivery damage by the customer.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions and seller policies before purchasing. In case of disputes, resolution will be as per the seller’s terms and Zravity’s role will remain limited to facilitating communication, without direct liability.
