The Zravity Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows individuals and businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to Zravity.com and Zravitycompany.com. These terms and conditions outline the rules, obligations, and benefits associated with participation in the Program.

Eligibility

- The Program is open to individuals and businesses who comply with all applicable laws. - Participants must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information during registration. - Zravity reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

How the Program Works

1. Sign up for the Affiliate Program through the official Zravity Affiliate portal.
2. Receive a unique referral link or code to share via websites, social media, or other channels.
3. Earn commissions when referred customers make qualifying purchases or service bookings using your referral link.

Commission Structure

- Commission rates may vary depending on the product or service category and promotional campaigns. - Detailed commission slabs and payout schedules will be communicated upon acceptance into the Program. - Zravity reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice to affiliates.

Payouts

- Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, subject to meeting the minimum threshold (e.g., INR 500 or equivalent). - Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods. - Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking details and complying with applicable tax regulations.

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Zravity in a lawful, ethical, and non-deceptive manner.
• Avoid misleading claims, spam, or false advertising while promoting referral links.
• Ensure that promotional materials used are approved or provided by Zravity.
• Respect intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrighted materials.
• Disclose affiliate relationships transparently, as required by law.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use unauthorized coupons, discounts, or misleading offers to generate sales.
• Bid on Zravity brand keywords in search engine marketing campaigns.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or fake transactions.
• Use adult, violent, or illegal content to promote Zravity links.
• Impersonate Zravity or create confusion regarding brand ownership.

Termination of Participation

Zravity reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of this policy, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to Zravity’s reputation or customers.

Limitation of Liability

Zravity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales tracked and verified through Zravity’s systems.

Modifications to the Program

Zravity reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program, including commission structures and policies, at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Affiliate portal.

Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
